We currently ship to Internationally to selected countries including: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe (EU countries), Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and a few others.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of delays (stock unavailability, verification issues), customers will be notified via email or phone.

Estimated Delivery Time

International Shipping:  7 – 21 business days depends on shipping type.

  • Economy Shipping: 14 – 21 Business days
  • Standard Shipping: 8 – 13 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 4 – 7 Business Days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, public holidays, remote locations, or natural events.

Shipping Charges

  • International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier service.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information and courier partner details.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate after shipment.

Packaging & Handling

  • All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Fragile or handcrafted items are specially wrapped with cushioning materials.

Delays or Non-Delivery

  • Evergreenkart.com is not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, incorrect address entries, or customs issues.
  • If your order is delayed beyond expected time, contact us and we will coordinate with the courier for updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear video & photos of unpacking and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and initiate a refund or replacement based on the outcome.
