Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

Some items like perishable goods, custom-made products, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@evergreenkart.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear video of unpacking & photos of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received:

  • Check your bank or payment account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us at support@evergreenkart.com

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that support team will send when you request for return of eligible order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
